After six long years, the iconic Rib Cook-Off is making its big return to El Centro on Saturday, January 25, 2025!

🍖 Enjoy mouthwatering ribs, live entertainment, family-friendly activities, and so much more—all while supporting county-wide educational programs for our local schools and youth.
