With an increase in fatal car crashes over the past year involving so-called street racers, the car meet community has seen an increase in law enforcement targeting modified vehicle owners under strict California law—a system which many feel is too cut-throat in comparison to regulations in other states.
In a world itching for community, should hobbies like this be demonized for the risks they could potentially involve or is this really a matter of personal responsibility? And how does this compare to those who collect and modify guns? ![]()
